We answer the most common questions to make printing and using your displays and exhibition systems even easier.

  • Are roll-ups suitable for outdoor use?

    The roll-up is mainly designed for indoor use. Nevertheless, it can be used outdoors for specific, one-off occasions.

  • In what format should I upload my design to print a roll-up?

    In PDF format at a 1:1 scale.

  • Does the roll-up come with a carry bag?

    Yes, it includes a carry bag for convenient storage and transport.

  • How will I receive my roll-up?

    You will receive your roll-up ready to use, carefully packed and protected for transport, and it will include its carry bag so you can store and carry it comfortably to any event.

  • Are X-Banners suitable for outdoor use?

    We recommend placing X-banners indoors only. However, they can be used outdoors for specific, one-off occasions.

  • In what format should I upload my design to print an X-Banner?

    You must upload your design in PDF format.

  • Does the X-Banner come with a carry bag?

    Yes, it includes a carry bag for easy storage and transport.

  • How will I receive my X-Banner?

    You will receive your X-Banner ready to use, carefully packed and protected for transport, and it will include its carry bag for convenient carrying.

  • When and where do I need to upload my print file?

    For print products, you need to upload your file after completing and paying for your order. Once your payment has gone through, you will see a confirmation page with your order number and direct access to the File transfer section. From there, you can upload your print file so we can start preparing your order.

    If you do not upload it at that moment, you can also do it later from your customer area by going to the File transfer section. You just need to select upload file, add your design and click finish and send.

    Please note that production of your order will begin once we have successfully received your print file.

  • When will I receive my order? 

    Generally, you will receive your order within 24h to 96h. For more detailed information on delivery times, see our page “Production and shipping methods” (see here).
