We always use premium paper of the highest quality with FSC and Ecolabel certification. For our 80 and 100 g prints we use Navigator brand paper and for our 300 g prints we use ColorCopy brand paper.

The maximum number of sheets (not pages) to be bound in a single volume is 450-500. Therefore, you should bear in mind that if your grouped documents exceed 450-500 sheets, the binding will be divided into more than one volume, always trying to make them as similar as possible and not to cut an issue in half.
At Copykrea we do not edit or modify your documents, so they will arrive printed just as you have sent us the files. This means that you should leave a security margin free of information of at least 5 millimeters so that, in the event of being bound, the holes in the spiral do not pierce the text.
The maximum number of sheets (not pages) that can be stapled together is 100. Therefore, please note that if your file exceeds this number, we will not be able to send them stapled together. As a tip, if you have more documents and you want them all to be stapled together, you can divide them into themes of 100 sheets.
We have three types of lids: PVC, polypropylene and embossed cardboard. The transparent front cover is made of PVC and has a thickness of 0.3 mm and the translucent and coloured front covers are made of polypropylene and have a thickness of 0.45 mm. The back covers are made of embossed cardboard, which is 0.8 mm thick, and polypropylene, which is 0.45 mm thick.
Most likely too big for our system, which only supports files up to 100 MB. But don't worry, everything has a solution! Since you can upload several files in the same order, we recommend that you split them to solve the problem. An advice? Dividing files into even pages will prevent blank pages from being printed in the middle of the job.

Making your copies online is much easier and more comfortable, you order them from home and you receive them there, without queues or complications. The options are the same as in a physical copy shop: black and white, color, bound, stapled, etc. In addition, you can upload your files from any device: mobile, tablet or computer.
All the files that you send us to Copykrea for printing will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Only the staff of our production center and customer service, in which case there is an incident, they will have access to it.
The files will be kept for 90 days from the date of request for the work, after which time they are destroyed.
To ensure that you receive the printout of your document as you see it on your screen, we recommend that you save it and send it to our online configurator in PDF/X format. This format allows all annotations, fonts, images and other elements to be saved correctly in the document, respecting the original creation in the printout. However, please note that there are certain elements that may be set as non-printable marks.
