Important! Requirements for DTF printing
Add your files to the configurator in PNG format with a transparent background. They should have a resolution of 300 dpi and a width of 60 cm to ensure optimal printing results.
Your file must be the length you wish to print. Remember that the minimum order is 1 metre, so it must be at least that long.
Without having to leave home, you'll receive your printed DTF files at the address you choose within 5 to 8 days working days.
Apply DTF to a wide range of fabrics, keeping in mind the three key elements of this technique: temperature, pressing time and pressure.
Delivery time depends on the production method selected. With standard production, you will receive your order in approximately 5 to 8 days working days. If you need it sooner, we also offer express and priority production methods. For more detailed information about delivery times, please visit our "Production and Shipping Methods" page (see here).
For proper DTF application, we recommend using a temperature between 145 and 150 °C (293 and 302 °F), a pressure of approximately 3 to 3.5 bar (44 to 51 PSI) and a pressing time of 10 to 12 seconds. Please note that these values may vary slightly depending on the fabric and equipment used, so it is always advisable to carry out a test before starting a full production run.
Your order will be shipped in protective packaging to ensure the sheets arrive in perfect condition.
Store printed sheets in a cool, dry place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight. It’s also important not to stack them under heavy weight to prevent warping.
DTF printing feels soft and flexible, adapting to the fabric’s movement. It keeps colours vibrant without an unpleasant plastic feel.
The print width is fixed and has a maximum of 60 cm. Therefore, you only need to calculate the total length occupied by your designs to know how many metres you need. Remember that the minimum order quantity is 1 metre.
To keep your garments in perfect condition, wash them inside out and preferably in cold water. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents. Although prints produced using XPRIN's Nano Pro Max technology offer excellent resistance to washing and tumble drying, following these recommendations will help preserve the design for longer.
