When you are on vacation speed is not important, but when you send us your files to be printed you need to receive your copies in the shortest possible time. At Copykrea we know this, and therefore, in addition to scrupulously pampering the entire process so that your documents reach you in perfect condition, we promise to do so in the shortest possible time.

Production methods

To guarantee the delivery time of your documents, at Copykrea we work under two production methods: priority and standard.

The priority production method guarantees that your files will be among the first to enter our workshop, thus ensuring a faster delivery time. We recommend this option if you want to receive them as soon as possible.

For its part, with the standard production method your documents will enter our workshop with a lower priority when it comes to being printed, likewise guaranteeing delivery within the indicated period when you finish your buys. This is the best solution if you do not urgently need to receive your copies.

You can select the production method you want when you go to make your purchase and indicate your address. The website will show you on the purchase completion screen the available production options, the cost and the exact delivery time you would have so that you can select the one that best suits your needs before confirming the purchase.

You must take into account that the priority production method could be deactivated and not be an option if the saturation in our workshop is so high that we cannot guarantee the quality and immediacy of the service.

Shipments to Ireland

The standard production method shipments to Ireland are delivered within 1 to 4 working days and cost €5.95. If your purchase exceeds €80 in value, shipping costs will be free of charge.

The priority production method guarantees delivery within 1 to 2 working days (as long as you confirm your purchase befor 13h) and has an extra cost of €3.95.

We will preferentially use Fedex or DHL Express as shipping companies for these shipments.

General considerations

You must keep in mind that different promotions can improve the prices of production methods in a timely manner and, therefore, they are not reflected here. In addition, the transit times indicated here may undergo specific changes due to saturation of our production center or transport companies. Always on the checkout page (Cart) you will have accurate and updated information on costs and personalized transit time for your prints.

However, you must bear in mind that at Copykrea we have different forms of payment and that, depending on the one you choose, your purchase will or will not be validated at the moment it is made and, therefore, transferred or not to our production center for its start-up and, later, shipment. Therefore, if you choose bank transfer as the payment method, your files will not go to our production center and, therefore, the delivery time will not begin until the payment is reflected and validated in our bank account.

The transport companies of preferential use indicated on this page for shipments to the different areas can be modified by Copykrea if necessary.

You should also take into account that if our customer service department contacts you due to anomalies, incidents or doubts in your files or orders, the delivery period will begin to count once said issues have been resolved with you.

Copykrea will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of your impressions is not made because the data provided by the user is false, inaccurate or incomplete.

If for reasons attributable to the client and not to the transport company or to Copykrea the order cannot be delivered to the indicated address, from Copykrea we will have up to 30 days to return send it. We reserve the right to charge again the shipping costs, even if these were free for the customer at the time the purchase was made. The user will always be notified of all this.

Nor will Copykrea assume any responsibility when the delivery of your copies is not made within the estimated period, due to adverse weather factors, situations of mobility restriction by the authorities, or in areas that may suffer some type of catastrophe of any kind.

From Copykrea we will do everything possible so that the transport companies comply with the established deadlines. However, in the event that for reasons beyond the control of Copykrea these are not fulfilled, in no case are we responsible for the delay and, therefore, shipping costs will not be refundable.

Delivery will be considered completed when the delivery note is signed in the courier company's systems.

Finally, from Copykrea we are not responsible for possible extra costs derived from customs.
