In all our prints, we adjust the documents to the printer margins, leaving a blank perimeter for maximum quality. If the document has a different size, it will be adapted to the paper size.

A4

Dimensions 210 x 297 mm. It is the most used and common size and is ideal for printing notes, official documents, etc.

A3

Dimensions 297 x 420 mm. It is exactly twice the size of A4 and is ideal for printing posters, plans, posters, etc.

A5

Dimensions 148 x 210 mm. It is exactly half the size of A4 and is ideal for agendas, notebooks, etc.

Standard

Navigator 80gsm paper. This is the best conventional paper on the market. Its whiteness, silky touch, and weight make it the most commonly used paper for printing notes, personal documents, etc.

High Quality

Navigator 100gsm paper. It has greater thickness and whiteness than the standard version, making it the ideal paper for printing documents that require superior quality, such as presentations or portfolios. If you need to print double-sided files with a lot of colour, this paper prevents any transparency. Additionally, by choosing this paper, your documents will be printed on a printer that guarantees higher quality, consistency, and reproduction of colours, text, lines, and gradients.

Glossy

Color Copy 120gsm paper. This is the best satin-finish paper on the market, characterised by its shine and smoothness, even to the touch. Due to its slightly finer thickness, it is highly recommended for printing brochures, magazines, reports, calendars, or photographs. It provides sharpness, high brightness, and colour contrast, and it is resistant to ageing.

Cardboard 200 g

Color Copy 200gsm paper. This is a satin-finish paper that is shiny and smooth to the touch with an intermediate thickness, making it a type of lightweight card. It is ideal for printing documents that need greater durability, such as flyers, brochures, or blueprints.

Cardboard 300 g

Color Copy 300gsm paper. This is the thickest paper we offer and is a 100% white card. It is used for printing documents that require greater sturdiness due to their handling, such as catalogues, magazine covers, books, diplomas, or decorative prints.

Coated 130 g

Novatech 130gsm Coated Paper. Coated paper, also known as couché paper, has a shiny, smooth finish, a softer texture, and no porosity, allowing for better detail definition and vivid colour in prints. It offers high resistance and durability, as the layers covering this type of paper can protect designs from UV radiation and deterioration. Prints on this paper have an attractive and professional appearance. It is widely used in graphic arts and publishing for printing brochures, flyers, posters, etc.

Coated 170 g

Novatech 170gsm Coated Paper. This type of paper has the same characteristics as the 130gsm coated paper (shiny, smooth finish, and no porosity), but it is thicker. For this reason, it is often used for printing magazines, catalogues, folders, etc.

Coated 300 g

Novatech 300gsm Coated Paper. This is the thickest option we offer in coated paper. It has the same characteristics as the 130gsm and 170gsm options (shiny, smooth finish, and no porosity), and its greater thickness gives it the weight and sturdiness of a card. It is often used for printing books, cards, etc.

Adhesive

UPM Raflatac White Adhesive Paper. This paper comes with an adhesive backing that allows it to be permanently attached to surfaces, like a label. Made of white polyester film with a weight of 212gsm, it is resistant to outdoor conditions, water, oil, and industrial chemicals, making it suitable for use on boxes, containers, bottles, etc.

Transparent Adhesive

UPM Raflatac Transparent Adhesive Paper. Made of transparent polyester film with a glossy finish, this 211gsm adhesive paper is ideal if you want to clearly see what’s behind it. It is very useful for labelling beverages or food products.

Laid 120 g

Conqueror 120gsm Laid Paper. Laid paper, also known as vergé or ribbed paper, is characterised by its finish, featuring lines visible when held up to the light. This is a high-quality and durable paper in ivory (cream) colour, with a unique texture due to its grain. Printing on this paper conveys an image of elegance, sophistication, and care, making it ideal for envelopes, invitations, fine arts, diplomas, or certificates.

Laid 300 g

Conqueror 300gsm Laid Paper. It has the same characteristics as the 120gsm laid paper (ivory colour, high quality, and unique texture due to its grain), but with greater thickness. It is therefore intended for high-quality products that require more sturdiness, such as manuals, corporate stationery, promotional prints, calendars, business cards, etc.

Photographic

260gsm Glossy Photographic Paper. Photographic paper differs from other printing papers due to its special coating, making it more flexible and durable. Its glossy finish produces vivid colours and sharp details. It is used exclusively for printing photographs or very high-quality images.

All the paper we use is produced through a circular and sustainable process, holding FSC and Ecolabel certification, thus contributing to environmental protection.

Loose Leaf

Your files will be delivered printed on loose sheets. That means they will come straight from the printer without any kind of finishing.

Spiral Binding

Your files will be bound in volumes with plastic spirals and plastic or cardboard covers (we will indicate in the configurator which material each cover is made of). We have a wide variety of colours so that you can personalise your binding to the maximum. Please note that the maximum number of sheets (folios) that can be bound per volume is approximately 400 (there are no larger plastic spirals that allow this). If your documents exceed this number of sheets, we will split the binding into multiple volumes, always trying to make them as similar as possible and not cutting a subject in half. Therefore, if this is inconvenient for you, we recommend sending us your documents already divided independently, taking into account this sheet limit.

Stapled

Your files will be stapled individually in the upper left corner of the sheet. Please note that the maximum number of sheets (folios) that can be stapled is approximately 100. Therefore, if your file exceeds this number, they cannot be sent stapled. We advise you to send us your documents taking into account this sheet limit if you want to receive them stapled.

Lamination

Each sheet will be laminated with 80-micron self-adhesive pouches. The lamination will protect your document and enhance its visual appearance and durability.

Hole Punching

Your documents will be punched with two or four holes, depending on the selection you make in the punching section of the configurator. You will receive them ready for archiving.

You can simulate the actual final result of your binding in our configurator by selecting the color of the spirals and covers.

Spiral Color

We have 18 colors of plastic spirals for you to customize your binding to the fullest. We use a 4:1 pitch in all of them, with 46 holes along the long side of the sheet. Depending on the number of pages in your document, we will use the appropriate diameter ring.

Back Cover Color

We have two types of back covers: embossed cardboard and plastic.

Embossed Cardboard

Embossed cardboard covers provide more resistance, are more rigid, and withstand the passage of time better, making them ideal for thicker bindings. These covers are available in : black, burgundy, dark blue, and dark green.

Plastic

Plastic covers are lighter and thinner than cardboard, making them more flexible. This material better withstands water, allowing it to be cleaned with a damp cloth if it gets dirty. They are available in: grey, black, orange, yellow, pastel pink, pastel yellow, pastel orange, lilac, pastel blue, pastel green, white, fuchsia, blue, red, green, purple and transparent (the latter is the same as the front cover, allowing you to see the last page of your document).

Front Cover Color

Our front covers are all made of plastic, providing flexibility and lightness to the binding. They are available in: transparent, translucent, translucent yellow, translucent blue, translucent red, translucent green, translucent orange, translucent fuchsia, and translucent lilac. The transparent cover fully shows the cover of the document and has a glossy finish, while the translucent ones also show the cover but in a less sharp way and have a matte finish.

Help Us Improve Your Order!

We need to clarify a detail of your order to ensure that you receive the prints just as you need them. Please confirm the following information.

Add Blank Page

Your print is double-sided, but we see that you only have single-page documents. By default, the system adds a blank page at the end of documents with odd pages to maintain their order and start on a new sheet. However, based on the type of your files, we think you might want this to be different, and the second document appears on the reverse side of the first document, i.e., combined. How do you want us to print them?

Default Each document will start on a new sheet
Combine The second document will be printed on the reverse side of the first
