When and where do I need to upload my print file?

For printing products, you must upload your file after completing and paying for your order . Once you have completed the payment, you will see a confirmation page with your order number and a direct link to the File Transfer section. From there, you can upload your print file so we can start preparing your order. If you do not upload it at that time, you can also do it later from your customer area , by entering the File Transfer section. You will only need to select upload file , add your design, and click on "finish and send". Please note that the production of your order will begin once we have correctly received the print file.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery time depends on the production method selected. With standard production, you will receive your order in approximately 5 to 8 days working days. If you need it sooner, we also offer express and priority production methods. For more detailed information about delivery times, please visit our "Production and Shipping Methods" page (see here ).
