How do I upload my design to print business cards?

You must upload your file in PDF format at 1:1 scale and without a password.

How will I receive my business cards?

You will receive your cards ready to use and securely packaged, so they arrive in perfect condition and you can start using them as soon as you receive them.

When and where do I need to upload my print file?

For print products, you need to upload your file after completing and paying for your order . Once your payment has gone through, you will see a confirmation page with your order number and direct access to the File transfer section. From there, you can upload your print file so we can start preparing your order. If you do not upload it at that moment, you can also do it later from your customer area by going to the File transfer section. You just need to select upload file , add your design and click finish and send. Please note that production of your order will begin once we have successfully received your print file.

When will I receive my order?

Generally, you will receive your order within 24h to 96h. For more detailed information on delivery times, see our page “Production and shipping methods” (see here ).

Technical specifications for business card printing

Bleed: add a 3 mm bleed around all edges of your design.
Safety margin: keep important elements at a distance of 4 mm from the edge or fold lines.
Resolution: at least 300 dpi.
Color mode: CMYK.
File format: PDF in 1:1 scale (without password).
Typography: fonts must be embedded or converted to curves.
Minimum font size: 6 pt.
Minimum line thickness: 0.25 points. Negative lines must be at least 0.5 points.
Overprinting: we do not correct overprint settings.
File review: we do not perform spell checking or content review.
